Quality Coordination · MINKO
From approved samples to shipment preparation, MINKO helps buyers and manufacturing partners work from clear specifications, agreed checks and recorded decisions.

Quality starts before the order
Buying, technical and production teams need the same reference. We help connect the specification, approved sample, packaging and inspection instructions for your order.
Record the details that determine whether the product works for your customer.
Agree when samples, production updates and inspection decisions are needed.
Make the report and approval record understandable across the project.
From brief to dispatch
Clarify critical requirements, destination market, packaging and the requested inspection or test scope.

Choose the right evidence
| Review type | Purpose | Buyer consideration |
|---|---|---|
| Factory assessment | Review the selected facility, relevant processes and available audit information. | A factory document does not certify every product made there. |
| Product testing | Assess identified samples against agreed technical or market requirements. | Check the product, materials, methods, results and scope shown in the report. |
| Order inspection | Review the specified production lot against the agreed checklist and sampling plan. | Sampling is not a check of every unit and cannot guarantee a defect-free shipment. |
| Buyer approval | Confirm the sample, artwork, agreed deviations and release decision. | Record who approves each stage and what still needs to be completed. |
Sampling uses selected units to draw conclusions about a lot. See ASQ’s explanation of quality sampling. The sampling plan and acceptance criteria must be agreed for the order.
Product-specific priorities

Review usability, component fit and the agreed functional checks for the selected product.

Agree the visual reference, acceptable variation and how the surface will be evaluated.

Coordinate relevant material information and technical checks with the selected partner or laboratory.
These images illustrate testing resources and review activities. The equipment, facility, laboratory and tests used for your order are confirmed in the project scope.
When a finding needs action
If a check identifies a concern, the useful next step is a precise record: item and lot, requirement, actual finding, photos and quantity or sample affected.
We coordinate the discussion with the manufacturing partner and buyer around containment, proposed correction, reinspection and any impact on timing. Changes and shipment release remain subject to the agreed approval process.

Questions before we begin
Yes. Share your nominated provider, protocol, booking requirements and reporting expectations early so the arrangements can be coordinated with the selected factory.
No. Inspection scope, lot definition, sampling, defect classifications and acceptance criteria should be agreed for the product, risk and buyer requirements.
No. Factory audits, management-system certificates and product reports have different scopes. Relevant documents must be reviewed against the named facility, product and order.
A sample is a useful reference, but measurable requirements, packaging details and acceptance criteria should also be documented. Together they provide a clearer basis for production and review.
Start a B2B project
Send the product references, destination market, retailer manual and required checks. We will review the coordination and evidence needed before your order moves forward.
