Packaging decisions
A smaller or simpler pack can be worth exploring when it still protects the product and meets retail requirements. Compare the retail pack, dividers, outer carton and intended handling together.
MINKO coordinates proposed packaging changes with the partner and buyer. Samples and agreed transport checks help establish whether a new construction is suitable before it is adopted.

Yes. Send your vendor requirements before sourcing decisions are made. Availability, scope, timing and any additional assessment costs are reviewed with the selected partner.
Yes. Material supply, tooling, packaging development, documentation and validation may change the cost or schedule. These trade-offs should be reviewed before the revised specification is approved.
